ReplyDeleteHope you won't mind me mentioning but sae your profile and noted you suffer chronic migraine. Me too since I was ten, Emgality has been a life changer, as it came over here from the States you may know about it but worth mentioning. You have to have it to understand it's not "just a headache" as many think.
