PIP2618

Hello and welcome.  Today begins a new challenge at Pammie's Inky Pinkies and this week we're sponsored by Sunbird Spark.  I would like to thank them for their sponsorship of our challenge.  My card today uses their My Favorite Chapter digital stamp set.  I love this set so much.

I started out by combining the images, along with a Dr. Seuss saying, in Photoshop© before printing it out and coloring using my Ohuhu markers.  Once the coloring was finished, I layered the image panel and added some faux brads.  The final touches were some tiny die cut flower buds and stems adhered using glossy accents.

Hello and welcome.  Today begins a new challenge over at Pammie's Inky Pinkies and this week we're being sponsored by Sunbird Spark.  I would like to take a moment to thank them for them sponsoring this week's challenge.  My card today uses their Paper Airplane digital stamp set.  Once I had the images combined and printed onto Neenah white card stock, I colored everything using my Ohuhu markers before lightly blending leftover stormy sky distress ink around my images.  The final touch was adding a few sequins to finish it off.  I'm really happy with how it turned out.

Hello and welcome.  Today begins a new challenge over at Pammie's Inky Pinkies and this week we're being sponsored by Sunbird Spark (formerly Penguin Palace).  I would like to thank them for their sponsorship of this week's challenge. It's freaking hot here right now so, for my card, I went with a cooler fall theme and used the Happy Fall digital images.

After printing my scene on Neenah white card stock, I colored everything using Ohuhu markers before layering and adding faux brads.  Once I adhered the layered image to the card, I stippled bits of several inks leftover from previous projects for a fall feel.  I then punched several leaves from scrap card stock and adhered those to the card.  The final touches were copper sequin leaves, sequin flowers and an orange bling to the "i" in pumpkin.

Challenges entered:

FarmQuest Grocery Game #20 - Anything Food Goes (pumpkins - I LOVE anything pumpkin or pumpkin spice)

Hello and welcome.  Today begins a new challenge over at Pammie's Inky Pinkies and this week we're being sponsored by Sunbird Spark.  I would like to thank them for their sponsorship of this week's challenge.  My card this week uses their My Favorite Chapter digital stamp set.

After combining the digital images, I typed the Dr Seuss saying myself before printing the image then colored it using my new Ohuhu Direct markers.  Once the coloring was complete, I lightly blended some tumbled glass distress ink around the colored image before layering and adding some faux brads and adhering the image panel to my card.  I then added some white/silver bakers twine, sequins and a googlie eye to finish the card off.  I'm really happy with how this turned out since I'm dealing with another migraine.

Hello and welcome.  Today begins a new challenge over at Pammie's Inky Pinkies and this week we're being sponsored by Sunbird Spark (formerly Penguin Palace).  I would like to thank them for their sponsorship of this week's challenge. My card this week uses their digital image Garden Fairy.

After printing it out on Neenah white card stock, I pulled out my Castle Arts & Lyra flesh tone colored pencils and got to work coloring it.  Once my I was finished, I lightly blended some stormy sky and mowed lawn distress inks using my blender brushes before layering and adding purple brads.  I added the layered image panel to a dry embossed card using glue dots.  Digging through my stash of Prima flowers, I found a jar of small purple hued flowers and added those before adding bling to their centers.  The final touch was adding both clear bling, and crystal ice stickles, to the centers of the flowers and fairy's wings.  I'm really happy with how this turned out especially since this migraine is still around.  It's to the point of push through or cry, and crying hurts more.
