Hello and welcome. Today I'd like to share with you a card I made using the Travelin Man and Happy Camper (retired) sets from The Cat's Pajamas. Although I'm using the retired clear stamp set from TCP, you can still get the digital version here of Travelin Man.
I started out by stamping my images in memento tuxedo black ink onto scrap Neenah white card stock before coloring using both prismacolor and copic markers. I then "fussy cut" my clouds and trees that I had planned to pop up before setting those aside. After layering my main image panel, and adding brads, I decided to hand draw a road onto my card before popping up my trees/clouds. Once I had distressed the edges of the layered image, I popped the whole thing up onto a blue card using pop up glue dots. As an afterthought, I added some tumbled glass distress ink to the card that was still on my blending brush from another project.

He's a cutie. I love to color pencil over marker. I have blind spots with pencil no matter what I do and that marker sure helps. You'd said your weather is heating up so stay cool! I'm praying our electric grid holds, 3 days of over-100F and already Reliant's sending out alerts to conserve, ie, sweat. I just pray we don't have rolling blackouts. xoxo
