Little Mushroom Home

Hello and welcome.  Today I'd like to share with you a card I've made using an image from the Mushroom Lane collection I've had, and never used.  It image was originally from Cornish Heritage Farms which has now closed, however you can still get it from Riley and Company. The card was originally started a couple weeks ago, but with the death of my step-father, I didn't finish it until now.

After coloring it using both prismacolor and copic markers, I stippled tumbled glass and garden green inks around the image before layering, distressing and adding silver brads.  For the card, I used garden green card stock dry embossed using my big shot and a cuttlebug circle embossing folder then stippling garden green ink over it.  I then took a snippet of tangerine card stock, dry embossed it and stippled tangerine tango ink over that before applying to my card using glue dots.  My final touches were adding silver brads, punched flowers with silver ice stickle centers, and then highlighting areas of the main image using diamond and yellow ice stickles.
