Sponsored by Gerda Steiner Designs
Hello and welcome. Today begins a new challenge over at Pammie's Inky Pinkies and this week we're being sponsored by Gerda Steiner Designs. I would like to thank them for their sponsorship and for providing images for the design team to use.
I started out by printing the Squirrel with Acorns digital stamp on Hammermill white card stock before coloring using both prismacolor and copic markers. Once the coloring was finished, I stippled some walnut stain and mowed lawn distress ink using my brushes from Picket Fence Studios then layered. My saying from the Cupcake Mice set released last month was then stamped in memento tuxedo black ink before punching and stippling more walnut stain distress ink around the edges. Once I was finished with everything, I adhered the image/saying to a espresso card with an embossed tree stump panel with walnut stain stippled over the raised edges. The final embellishments was some faux sewing around the squirrel and highlighting the saying using a black 3D glaze pen.
Challenges entered:

Just too stinkin' cute, Bonnie Lynn! Are you wishing it was Fall too? hehehe I sure am. Already Tropical Storm Bret in the Caribbean. I wasn't counting on being hot AND nervous as all get-out this soon. Centerpoint Energy guy is coming tomorrow to mark the gas line for the generator, these storms need to stay away until we get it installed! Hope your week is going better than mine, as I'm limping on my right foot, with pain from my neck to my hip to my foot, ugh! XXO
