Hello and welcome.  Today begins a new challenge over at Pammie's Inky Pinkies and this week we're sponsored by Rachelle Anne Miller Digital designs.  I would like to thank Rachelle for her sponsorship this week. 

 

I started out by printing the image onto Hammermill card stock then coloring using my Ohuhu markers.  Once the coloring was finished, I lightly stippled some Tim Holtz stormy sky to lighten up the sky before layering.  I then added the layered image panel to a card with Snowflake designer paper.  I then dusted off my old Stampin Up Wishes Awash and stamped my saying directly onto the background paper. For the final touches, I added some clay snowflakes.
