Hello and welcome.  Today begins a new challenge over at Pammie's Inky Pinkies and this we're being sponsored by Lawn Fawn.  I would like a moment to thank them for sponsoring this week's challenge. My card for this week is once again using the Birthday Before N Afters set.

I started out by stamping my images using memento tuxedo black ink onto scrap white card stock before coloring them using my Ohuhu markers.  Once my coloring was finished, I layered it, added some red brads then added it to a red card with some never used Die Cuts With A View designer paper.  The only other embellishment added was some star dust stickles to highlight the confetti and candle flame and a red cord along the top.
