Hello and welcome. Today begins a new challenge over at Pammie's Inky Pinkies and this week WE are sponsoring the challenge. My card this week uses MFT's Lighthouse Gnomes. I've had this set for awhile now and just haven't used it until now.
I started out by stamping everything in memento tuxedo black ink onto Copic white card stock before coloring the images using Ohuhu's Honolulu markers. Once the coloring was finished, I fussy cut the gnomes and seagulls before setting them aside to blend some tumbled glass distress ink around the edges and to fill in the sky before layering and adding brads. I then adhered the layered image panel to my card base using glue dots, then adhered the gnomes I had cut out. The only embellishment added was some ice stickles to highlight the water and light from the lighthouse.
Challenges entered:
Hearts Quest Fantasy #4 2025 - Anything Goes Fantasy, Optional Unicorns (anything goes fantasy/gnomes)
Neglected Stuff April 2025 - Use You Neglected Stash (MFT stamp set)
Thanks for stopping by today. Have a great day and don't forget to enter this week's challenge over at Pammie's Inky Pinkies.

Fabulous! I've seen the seagulls and lighthouse but not the gnomes. How cool that the set has the background too. Hope you had a nice Easter weekend, xoxo
ReplyDeleteHello! This is a terrific card! I didn't realize gnomes ventured to the ocean!!! Tee-hee! The gnomes are dressed for some ocean swimming and beach fun! It's great creative fun to see how artisans merge products/tools from different vendors! Your card is a smile-maker! Thanks for creating and sharing with Heart's Quest Fantasy!! -- Becca
