For Unto Us A Child Is Born
Hello and welcome. With everyone so busy this Christmas season shopping, decorating, traveling, etc, it's easy to lose sight of the reason for the season. So with that in mind, I'd like to share a card I've made for a few challenges.
I started out by stamping my saying For Unto Us E14756, from Impression Obsession, in memento black onto white glossy card stock. Once the ink was dry, I then stippled some Tim Holtz concord grape distress ink, along with Stampin Up garden green and real red, over the entire panel before taking a cotton ball and wiping the excess ink off then layering. I then repeatedly stamped the same saying in memento rhubarb stalk onto the front of my card before stippling some real red ink around the edges. I then used some scrap card stock with my Impression Obsession pine sprig cluster die (Die097-M) and my big shot to create my floral sprays. I did lightly stipple creamy caramel and close to cocoa inks over, and around, the pine cones before adhering the spray using Ranger crystal accents. My final embellishments was some gold cord from my stash.

Kneeling Santa
Hello and welcome. Sharing today a last minute Christmas card I've made for a few challenges using the retired Reason For The Season, although you can still get just the Santa image here from Our Daily Bread Designs. I've had this set for years and have never used it until now. Can you say BIG mistake??
After stamping my image in memento black and coloring using copic markers, I stippled some Tim Holtz scattered straw and old paper distress inks to "age" it a bit before layering and adding brushed gold mini brads. I decided to do the same for the card front saying. I then repeatedly stamped another saying from the set in memento rhubarb stalk ink to create my background before stippling Stampin Up real red ink around the edges. The only additional embellishments used is a small red bow, gold cord, and some Making Memories paper poinsettias from my stash.
I'd like to enter this into the following challenges:
Pammies Inky Pinkies #1850 - Anything Goes
Not Just Cards December 2018 - Anything Goes

Bearing Gifts 2018 and Some More Never Before/Rarely Used Stuff (NBUS/RBUS)
Hello and welcome!!! As we finish the final countdown until Christmas, I'm rushing to finish Christmas cards I'm sending out. (Note to self: start making them in January - again. **sigh**)
Today I'd like to share a card made using one of my all time favorite stamps period. It's an old retired one from Stampendous (2004) called Wise Siamese. After stamping the image in memento black ink then coloring with copic markers, I sponged some Tim Holtz faded jeans distress ink and Stampin Up sahara sand around the edges before layering. I then took a scrap of Stampin Up not quite navy card stock to use as a border and embossed it using my big shot and a cuttlebug snowflake embossing folder before sponging navy ink over the embossing to help highlight the border. I then popped up the layered panel over my embossed border on a card made using some rarely used (RBUS) Stampin Up sahara sand and some new (NBUS) Recollections designer paper my daughter bought me. The only embellishments I used were some rarely used (RBUS) Stampin Up not quite navy brads, ice stickles Wise Siamese crowns/collars, and a small navy bow sticker.
I'd like to enter this card into the following challenges:
Pammies Inky Pinkies 1850 - Anything Goes
Show Us Your Pussycats 37 - Anything Goes
Outlawz Monday Greetings GCC121718 - Merry Christmas
Outlawz Festive Friday 121418 - Christmas

Dear Santa
Hello everyone and welcome. Today I'd like to share a card I've made for a few challenges using the Stella Dear Santa Note from Bugaboo Digital Stamps. I absolutely LOVE this image!! Probably because it's a note I would write.
After printing off the image, I colored it using both prismacolor and copic markers before stippling some Tim Holtz fired brick distress ink around the edges. I then layered it using card stock and designer paper scraps. I then used a retired Stampin Up holly jumbo wheel with fired brick distress ink to create the card background. I then added some silver brads, prima poinsettia flowers and paper ornament along with holly red ice stickles for Stella's earrings. My final embellishments was silver cord ribbon and copic spica pens to highlight the note and ornaments in the image.

Have A Meowy Christmas
Hello and welcome everyone. I'm on a roll here. Two cards in two days. Hopefully my mojo is back to stay.
Today I'd like to share another Christmas card I've made using a Bugaboo Stamps digital image I've had for a while and have never used (NBUS) yet called Make It Snappy - Meowy Christmas.
After printing off the image and colored using both prismacolor and copic markers, I layered it onto some scrap card stock before adding some silver brads. I then adhered it to a card made using scraps of Recollections designer paper before adding some prima poinsettia flowers along with holly leaves punched from more scrap card stock. The final touches was adding some stamped highlights to the holly leaves, card and then silver cord and silver dew drops to the poinsettia's.
I'd like to enter this card into the following challenges:

Tis The Season....
Hello and welcome. I know it's been some time since my last post. My migraines and overall health has been not that good. With that in mind, I'm trying to get some Christmas cards done before Christmas week. Shoot! I'd love to just get anything done to keep my mind occupied.
The card I'm sharing today was inspired by all those Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and grouchy shoppers. The image is from Bugaboo Digital Stamps and is called Stella Christmas - Psycho. I started off by printing the image then coloring using both prismacolor and copic markers. Once that was finished, I layered the image and card before adding some silver cord and brads. For my final touches, I sponged some Tim Holtz pine needles distress ink around the edges of the card and added a floral spray using card stock scraps and Martha Stewart punches. The final touch was spritzing some Stampin Up garden green marker over the card front.
Once the front of the card was finished, I made my own "punch line" saying for the inside us MSWord then printed it out to crop and add. The final inside touches were two Jolee's ornament stickers I've had in my stash for years.
I'm really happy with how this card turned out. I'd like to enter it into the following challenges:

Outlawz Festive Friday - FF120718 Christmas
