Vintage Paris In Spring
Hello again. Today I'm sharing with you a card I made using one of the Taylored Expressions digital images being offered in their Splitcoast forum.
Once I downloaded the image and printed it out, I used my prismacolor markers to color everything before stippling some caramel ink over it to "age" it a bit. Pulling out my Making Memories Travel designer papers, I chose one that resembled a postcard to use as the background then hunted through my K&Company vintage die cuts to find appropriate matches.
After my image and saying were layered, I added some vintage brads then popped both up on dimensionals, making sure the saying was slightly higher than the cuppie image before adding my chosen die cuts. Once the card was finished, I had this crazy thought to stipple caramel ink around the edges of the card for some additional "aging". Now why didn't I think of this before the card was assembled?? Oh well.
Thanks for stopping by today. Have a great day.
