Hi Sprinkle
This week's TCPTuesday269 is an inspiration challenge. For this challenge, I pulled out Flying By and stamped Miss Sprinkle in memento black before coloring her and her plane in prismacolor pencils, adding brads and layering. I then pulled out a Stampin Up! cloud embossing folder, dry embossed a white panel of card stock, stippled some Tim Holtz tumbled glass distress ink lightly over the clouds before adding my layered panel at an angle. After adding a butterfly and some handmade flowers, I made my own saying by just inking part of one of the saying stamps in the Flying By set. The final embellishment was to spritz a little color from a pacific pointe marker over everything.
Thanks for stopping by today. Have a great day.

Be The Change
After stamping my rose in memento inks, stippling Tim Holtz tumbled glass around the edges and layering, I added some dusty brads to the corners and dimensionals before popping the image panel up over some ribbon and washi tape before making my own floral spray using punches and mini prima roses.
Thanks for stopping by today. Have a great day.

Watercolored Koi
Hello again and welcome. Today I am sharing a one layer card I made using some koi and dragonfly images from Mark's Finest Papers, a Heinrich Company.
After stamping my images in memento tuxedo black, I pulled out my prismacolor watercolor pencils to color the images before blending using an alcohol marker. I kept the card very clean and simple with no embellishments or additional layers.
Challenges entered:
Less Is More #177 - Watercolor
OSA #278 - Japan Sea Day Challenge
Thanks for stopping by today. Have a great day.

I Couldn't Have Picked - NBUS #1
...a better friend.
Hello and welcome. I found a new blog the other day belonging to someone I follow on Pintrest, and she's holding a monthly challenge as well as challenging followers to use their virginal or Never Before Used Schtuff. The first challenge is based on friendship and I figured these challenges would help me get my mojo back. So I pulled out a set I bought years ago from the now closed Clear Dollar Stamps store and had never used along with some never used pearl dew drops to create this card.
I stamped the background using the tools from the Bless My Blooms set using regal rose ink directly onto the card before sponging the background. The main image is stamped in memento black then colored using prismacolor markers then cut out the heart flowers and popped them up on dimensionals before layering, adding brads, a floral spray made from scraps and Martha Stewart punches, and then the virginal white pearl dew drops. My final touch was to spritz regal rose ink over the main image for some extra texture.
Thanks for stopping by today. Have a great day.

Thank You Flowers
Since I'm still trying to get my stamping mojo back from taking care of my hubby for a few months from his total hip replacement, then my own migraines going into overdrive, I decided to try my hand at Clean and Simple cards (CAS) with the Less Is More One Layer challenge. I was able to make a couple of them for my daughter to use as thank you cards for gifts she's received for graduation.
The first card uses stamps from Mark's Finest Papers, a Heinrich Company's sets called Great Flowers and the Nature's Brushstrokes mini along with various memento dew drop inks. The second card uses Nature's Brushstrokes, Big Cupcake mini, and Marsh Silhouettes along with the memento dew drops.
Thanks for stopping by today. Have a great day.

Life Is Too Short
Hello and welcome to another TCPTuesday challenge. This time we were given a color challenge of kraft, rose, and vanilla - definitely not my favorite colors, however, that's why it's called a challenge. So I pulled out one of my favorite bunny sets, Lickable, and stamped it in memento black onto vanilla card stock before coloring with prismacolor markers. Once my coloring was finished, I lightly stippled some Tim Holtz tattered rose distress ink around the edges before layering and adding brads, some vanilla lace ribbon adhered with glue dots, and some felt flowers to finish my card off.
Thanks for stopping by today. Have a great day.
