Some Days And Flying
Hello and welcome. It's almost the weekend!!! Today I am sharing a second card I've made for this week's TCPTuesday 267 Anything Goes challenge extension using Flying By and a pre-folded red scallop card.
After stamping the images in memento tuxedo black and coloring with prismacolor pencils, I then stippled some Tim Holtz tumbled glass distress ink around the edges to help fill in the sky before layering onto a real red panel then adding two cloud brads. Then I added that panel onto a dry embossed cloud panel that was lightly stippled on the reverse embossed side with tumbled glass distress ink to help highlight the raised cloud "images". That was then added to my card after stamping one of the clouds from Flying By in real red ink directly onto the scalloped card before adding two prima flowers with a clear dew drop center.
Thanks for stopping by today. Have a great weekend.

Riding and Walking
It's time for another TCPTuesday!! The challenge this time is an extension of the Anything Goes challenge from the previous two weeks. So with that in mind, I pulled out my Besties set along with some DCWV Timeless Collection designer paper and got to work. After stamping the image in memento black on white card stock, I colored the bike and penguins using my prismacolor pencils. Once the coloring was finished, I pulled out some stipple brushes and lightly stippled Tim Holtz tumbled glass distress ink around the upper edge of the main image panel for the sky and brushed corduroy for the "road" then stippled in a little bit of Stampin Up! basic grey to help darken the "road" a bit more. The only embellishments added were some vintage brads and two heart flourishes.
Thanks for stopping by today. Have a great day and don't forget you still have time participate in the TCPTuesday challenge.

Christmas Fawn
Hello and welcome. Today I am sharing a Christmas card I've made for the Mountain Plains Crafters Lawn Fawn challenge. For the challenge, we had to make a card using a lawn, or a fawn, or both!! Since, I'm trying to get my Christmas cards done ahead of time to avoid stressing during the Christmas season, I pulled out my Joyous Season and New Pines stamp sets by Mark's Finest Papers, a Heinrich Company and got to work.
After stamping the background using the pine bough from New Pines in Adirondack citrus ink directly onto the card, I stamped the main image from Joyous Season in memento tuxedo black ink onto white card stock. I then colored the fawn, grass and pine needles using prismacolor markers before coloring the cardinal and sky using prismacolor pencils with a blender marker before stippling Tiim Holtz tumbled glass distress ink around the edges of the image to help finish filling in the sky and Stampin Up! green galore ink to help fill in the grass a bit more. Once all of the coloring was finished, I layered the image, added brads, and then adhered over a dry embossed snowflake border using glue dots. I then made my own floral sprays using a flourish die along with a Martha Stewart poinsettia, fern and pine branch punches highlighting the centers with gold ice stickles.
Thanks for stopping by today. Have a great day.

Woooooooo! Sing It Baby!!!
Hello there! It's time for another TCPTuesday over on The Cat's Pajamas and this time the theme is anything goes. Since I'm still getting my mojo back from taking care of hubby for a few months, not to mention my own migraines, I pulled out one of my favorite TCP sets "Idols", which is retired, along with an allegro cuttlebug embossing folder to make it easy on myself. Not much of a challenge, but hey, what can I say?
After stamping and coloring the images, I stippled some Tim Holtz wild honey distress ink around the edges of the main image panel before layering then adding some baby brads. To the embossed panel, I also stippled Tim Holtz spiced marmalade distress ink to help highlight the embossed edges before adding some silk flowers from my stash.
Thanks for stopping by today. Have a great day. To everyone who has served in the military, or is currently serving right now, THANK YOU SO MUCH for you service.

Welcome to the final day of the blog hop! I hope you've been inspired by the design team this week.
Today I am sharing a card I made using the new Bearded Iris set along with Works of Art. I started out by stamping the main image in memento black then coloring with prismacolor markers before stippling Tim Holtz tumbled glass and broken china distress inks over and around the images before layering. Then I stamped an additional butterfly onto some white scrap card stock, colored, cut out and adhered using pop dots. The background on the card was stamped using the oriental lettering from Works of Art in magenta ink directly onto the card before over stamping the saying. I then added the layered image panel and some gold cord before spritzing an orchid marker onto the entire card.
Thanks for stopping by today. Have a great day and don't forget to stop by the rest of the design team blogs to leave some love for a chance to win today's featured set.

Here's the Design Team:
Today I have two cards to share with you again. The first one uses the new Tiger Lily stamp set. I see so many uses for this set including scrapbooking. For now, I used the stamps to make a get well card to help replenish my stash.
The main image stamped in memento black and colored using prismacolor markers before stippling tumbled glass distress ink around the edges. I then stamped two additional flowers onto scrap card stock, colored, and cut out to add later. Once the main image was layered, I added some black baby brads, the added that to a orange/black card before adding the cut out lilies using glue dots.
My second card uses the new Plywood background along with the new Tree Frogs set. I stamped the frog in memento ink, colored using prismacolor markers then stippled tumbled glass around the edges, layered and added some brushed brass brads. For my background, I stamped the Plywood in walnut stain distress ink before stippling brushed corduroy and vintage photo inks over and around the edges, layered then added the brushed brass brads before adding to a green card. The frog panel was then added at an angel to help add some depth to the entire design.
Thanks for stopping by today. Have a great day and don't forget to stop by the rest of the design team blogs to leave some love for a change to win today's featured sets.
