January Blast From The Past Blog Hop!!

Hello again!  Welcome to this month's Blast From The Past Blog Hop!!  I'm thrilled to have been able to stamp for it this month since my migraines have pretty much kept me down and in the dark.  With the theme being love, I decided to pull out my Discover Your Wings set.  I recently rediscovered some Basic Grey designer paper in my "closet" and decided to make two cards using the same set, but different patterned papers.

The first card is really simple.  The sentiment is stamped directly onto the Sultry designer paper with the butterfly being stamped on white card stock and colored with prismacolor markers.  I then added some pink and white organdy ribbon, then some soft pink pearl stickers to finish the card off.

My second card is also a simple one and is stamped onto a white MFT perfect panel in various shades of memento dewdrop inks and then layered onto Stampin Up! card stock and a Basic Grey Euphoria designer panel.  Again gold brads, pearl stickers, and some gold cord are used to finish the card off.

Thanks for stopping by today.  If you would like to continue seeing some more eye candy today, make sure to stop by all of the participating designers blogs listed below for inspiration.
