MFT Brag Book

Hello and happy Monday.  Today I'm sharing with you my first attempt at a paper bag book made as an entry for this month's MFT Guest Designer contest.  Since my friend KelliJo threw down the gauntlet, I just had to pick it up and run with it.  So here's what I came up with.

Pulling out my Crate Paper School Spirit designer paper, and deciding which ones I wanted to use, I cut them down to the size needed to fit both inside and on the front cover of my brag book. Once that was done, I dusted off several of my MFT sets that hadn't seen ink in awhile, I stamped all of the images I wanted to use in memento tuxedo black ink onto white card stock and colored them with prismacolor markers making sure the image colors matched their corresponding pages.  As each page was colored, the images were cut out and adhered to the inside.

Here's a close up of the last page so you can see the bookworm a bit more closely.

After adding some MFT coffee ribbon to bind my book together, I was finished.  Although I didn't use any die-namics on my project, I'm really happy with the way my book turned out since I put it together while still battling another migraine.

Thanks for stopping by today.  Have a great day.
