Every year for Christmas I scrap two calendars, one for my dad and one for my step-dad & step-mom. Usually it takes about 3 weeks per calendar, but with all of the migraines I've been dealing with I couldn't get started on these until Christmas week, so everyone is getting them late. Thank goodness they're good about that. I decided to try a different approach this year, not only scrap two at one time but try stamping with only one company's stamps unless I had to pull in another one...so I chose my MFT stamps since there close at hand.
January - My son went on a teen retreat last Easter and somehow there was still snow on the ground in the mountains here in California so those pics were perfect for a cold snowy Jan. I also used MFT's digital background winter paper and a Flopsey image.
February - Since my daughter has a boyfriend now, I thought the two of them would be great for February with reds and pinks matched with MFT's Love Birds from a prior Kit of the Month. Look for this set to be released on it's own soon. March - Since my son recently came home from a work and witness trip to Haiti, I used some of those pictures paired with MFT's set Going Places.
