When I first saw the new Now Showing set, I knew exactly what I wanted to do with it - scrap my son's Shakespeare play A Winter's Tale using the Graphic 45 film canister accordion album I had picked up on clearance a couple of years ago.  After downloading, and printing off, some vintage movie digital paper, I started working on printing the pictures from the play I had downloaded that he was in.  Unfortunately, my printer for some reason didn't want to cooperate with me on printing the pictures, so I apologize ahead of time for them being slightly blurry.

I wanted to make sure each page had it's own header, popcorn and film strip borders so I pulled out my Tim Holtz film strip die through the big shot and die cut several sets of strips to use.  Once that was done, I stamped all of my images in memento tuxedo black onto white card stock then colored with prismacolor markers making sure to completely color in the "take sign" in black so I could write the name of the play on it using a white signo gel pen.  Once all of the coloring was finished and the images cut out, I started adhering them to the accordion album while stamping "feature presentation" inside the film strip borders, then my layered pictures.  The only other embellishments added to the album was brads on the front cover with the plays name & "now showing" and my ticket.

Below are the completed pages for viewing.  I placed close-up's in my gallery on SpeedyTV.

Thanks for stopping by today.  Have a great day and don't forget to stop by the rest of the design team blogs to leave some love for a chance to win today's featured set.
