Today's featured set is perfect for Christmas cards and I'm definitely getting an early start on them. After stamping the main image in memento tuxedo black and coloring with prismacolor markers, I over stamped the pine branches in Tim Holtz pine needles distress ink to give a bit more of a wooded look. Then I stippled some tumbled glass ink in for the sky and a combination of brushed corduroy along with forest moss for the ground. My background was created by stamping repeatedly the pine branches in avocado ink directly onto the card.
Thanks for stopping by today. Have a great day and don't forget to stop by the rest of the design team blogs for a chance to win today's featured set.
