Die-namic Farming!

TGIF!!! Happy Friday everyone!! We made it through the week.

I have a couple of cards from the archives waiting for a major migraine to go away so I could post them. They both feature MFT's new scalloped die. Isn't it the coolest?!! The dies cut through cardstock, cork, felt, and ribbon!! I'm in heaven.

For the first card, I used MFT's set Punny Farm stamped on MFT Perfect Panels in memento tuxedo black and colored with prismacolor
markers before stippling Stampin Up! bashful blue and creamy caramel inks around the images. Using my scalloped die, I cut through some ribbon to create a border for my layers that would match my card.

For my second card, I used MFT's Gardner Flopsey (I just love Flopsey) stamped in memento tuxedo black on MFT Perfect Panels and again colored with prismacolor markers with Stampin Up! bashful blue ink stippled around him. This time I used the die to make two "borders" to layer underneath Flopsey using some apricot cardstock scraps before stamping them with MFT's In The Background stamp set.

For some final embellishments, I dug through my stash for some gardening buttons I knew I had somewhere and added them with glue dots.

Stamps: MFT Punny Farm, Gardner Flopsy, Simple Sayings

Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black

Cardstock: Sage Shadow, Apricot Appeal Scraps, MFT Perfect Panel, MFT Chocolate Kiss Scalloped Card

Accessories: Gardening Buttons, Glue Dots, Prismacolor Markers, Stipple Brushes, Sizzix Fence Die, MFT Die-namic Scallop Die
