Hello and welcome.  Today begins a new challenge at Pammie's Inky Pinkies and this week we're being sponsored by StarStampz. I would like to thank them for their sponsorship.  My card this week uses the Sunflower Smiles digital stamp set.

 

I started out by printing the image onto Hammermill white card stock before coloring it using my Ohuhu markers.  Once the coloring was finished, I lightly stippled some Tim Holtz tumbled glass distress ink using a blending brush before layering and adding some yellow brads.  After adhering my layered panel to the card, I then added some bling and a small gingham yellow bow to finish it off.
