Here's the Design Team:

  Pam M

For today's card, I combined today's featured sets along with Classic Dad along with a black/grey color scheme. After stamping the background in memento black, I stamped the saying and truck onto some scrap paper then stippled both using basic grey ink before over stamping the saying using Tim Holtz weathered wood distress ink.  The only embellishments used are some black baby brads to keep the masculine feel.

Thanks for stopping by today.  Have a great day and don't forget to stop by the rest of the design team blogs to leave some love for a chance to win today's featured set.

Come on back tomorrow for more creativity.

Stamps: MFP Gears To You, Gear Up, Classic Dad
Ink: Memento Black, Stampin Up! Basic Grey, Tim Holtz Weathered Wood
Card Stock: Stampin Up!
Accessories: Stipple Brushes, Brads

  4. Love your card. I thought about using this set too but went a different direction. I think it is also time for me to get new glasses or have my brain checked. As I was reading your description, I read "Baby brads" as baby birds. So I was having to take a second look because I didn't think I had seen birds on your card.

  5. A very cute card. The car set is perfect with the gears. I used it on my cards, too.
The big truck would be great with it, also.
