Winter Snowflake Wishes

Second post for me today.  If you're looking for my Cornish Heritage Farms post, please scroll down one.  Thanks.

Today I am sharing a card with you I made combining a few challenges together in order to try and get some mojo going again after dealing with more migraine issues, among other things, for the last couple of weeks.

For this card, I went with a clean and simple (CAS) look with just a splash of color.  After stamping the snowflakes from the Winter Scenes set by Mark's Finest Papers, a Heinrich Company in Tim Holtz tumbled glass distress ink, I dry embossed a white panel using a Cuttlebug snowflake embossing folder with my Big Shot before adhering it with glue dots.  Then I punched three large snowflakes from scrap white card stock using a Martha Stewart jumbo punch before adhering some blue gem stickers.  My final step was to stamp the saying in memento tuxedo black directly onto the embossed panel from the Winter Scenes stamp set.  Presto!  An elegant, clean and simple card done in under 10 minutes.

Challenges submitted:

SCS Fan Club - Baby It's Cold Outside
CAS-ual Fridays - CFC83 10 Minute Craft Dash
Crafty Friends Challenge - CFC#13 Add A Splash Of Color

Thanks for stopping by today.  Have a great day and a very Merry Christmas.
