Hello and welcome. Happy Caturday to you. Well, I've had enough excitement to last a while already. I had to call EMS out to help me get my husband out of diabetic shock. Blood sugars were way too low. It took a while, even with their help, to get his blood sugars up again. My husband, of course, refused to go to theSo now, I'd like to share a quick, cute little card I made using scrap card stock and a couple of embellishments and this cute Furry Christmas set from Simon Says Stamp that I won.
I started out by stamping the dogs/cat in memento tuxedo black ink onto a Hammermill white scrap before coloring using both prismacolor and copic markers. I then highlighted parts of the image using Castle Art glitter gel pens before layering and adding some faux brads before setting aside. My card is made using a long red scrap from a previous project with a paw print background I made using a retired Stampin Up paw tracks wheel and Tim Holtz fired brick distress ink. After I stippled the ink around the edges of the card, I added my image panel. I then stamped the saying on another white scrap before going over the saying in a black gel pen then fussy cutting out before popping up using pop dots. After adding a small silver bow, my card was finished.

Oh Hun, I so hope Ken is feeling better and can get his blood sugars in good range. I've had low blood sugar (hypoglycemia) all my life. It can really suck sometimes. I've fainted before (in public! once in a cafeteria line trying to get some food), so when you crash it can be quite sudden. Your card is really cute. I have Spectrum Noir glitter pens and have become a little addicted to them, LOL. Hope your week is turning out better! xoxo
